This week's teacher spotlight is Heidi Nance. Mrs. Nance serves as the District Dyslexia and Literacy MCL. She is an extremely determined self-starter who strives to support teachers , administrators, and our students daily. She possess an unwavering drive to pursue her goals, often setting her sights high and refusing to be deterred by obstacles. She approaches challenges with a proactive mindset, viewing setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than roadblocks. We are thankful for all she does! Go Pioneers!

The Gentry High School Booster Club is this week's featured community partner. The GHS Booster Club never stops. They led the charge to get a new Pioneer mascot, treated our staff to the Happy Wagon, and other things that are too numerous to list. Our fearless leader, Dr. Tyler Broyles, had a very special birthday today. He turned 40! His office staff and leadership team celebrated this milestone with him by throwing a surprise birthday party. Superintendent Dr. Tyler Broyles was joined by several students for a visit to iHeartRadio station to record the latest version of the school district's ads on KIX 104. The students created ads that will be rotated throughout the year to represent our wonderful schools. Participating students include Avery Edmondson, Wade Brown, Emery Brown, and Easton Wiseman. Our website, linked below, features a top menu with quick access to district administration, school campus pages, parent resources, departmental links, and more. Under the "Parents" section, you'll find important information such as safety guidelines, handbooks, the district calendar, grade tracking, lunch menus, and much more.
In the center of the website homepage, you'll find easy-to-use buttons for frequently accessed items, which are also available through the site menu. If you scroll further down, you'll come across our district Facebook live feed (perfect for those without a Facebook account), upcoming events, staff highlights, and video features.
