Home Access Center (HAC) Information
Hey Parents/Guardians! Did you know you have access to check your child’s grades and information online?
Gentry School District offers an online system called HAC, which stands for Home Access Center. You can access it 3 different ways:

Later this summer before school starts, an email will go out to every parent in the district with your specific access code. To enter your access code, click on “Click Here to Register with Access Code.” Once you get to that new page, be sure to use the drop down box to select Gentry School District. Enter your access code, your child’s DOB, and click “Sign In." You will then be prompted to enter a series of security questions and answers. If you are having issues with your access code or did not receive one, please contact the registrar at your child’s school:

Your student’s grades will be listed on the home screen. You will be able to also navigate through the website using the following tabs:
Attendance - to view your child’s attendance
Classes- to see all of your child’s classwork and a new feature allows you to receive text or email alerts if your child receives a certain percentage grade in a certain class or assignment
Grades - allows you to view your child’s report card, progress report, or transcript
Student Support - allows you to view your child’s discipline records
Registration - allows you to view and update mailing address, phone numbers, and other important information needed from the school
If you have more than one student, you can access all from the home screen without having multiple logins for each.
Please note, HAC is available for K-5 students, but there will be no grade information. Only attendance and registration information will be available to our K-5**
