Gentry, AR — Gentry High School concluded the academic year by honoring its top achievers during a recent awards ceremony.
“It’s always a joy not only to have outstanding students, but also to be able to recognize and celebrate them,” said Gentry High School Principal Justin Blanchard. “It was a fantastic school year, and the awards really reflected that.”
Awards included:
Pioneer Awards recognized students who embody the spirit of leadership, initiative, and trailblazing. Honorees included Addie Ann Holland, Addy McGhee, Aubrey Dickinson, Kacie Wood, Kohaku Thao, and Ramsey Andrews.
Outstanding Student Awards were given to students who consistently excelled academically, demonstrated leadership, or showed remarkable dedication. Community Service Awards recognized Brayanne Pichardo Benitez, Brooklyn Staggs, and Krystina Vang for their generous contributions of time and energy to serve others and improve the community.
Kindness Awards celebrated students who consistently demonstrated compassion and respect for others. Honorees were Aaliyah Xiong, Aidan Eller, Alexis Lopez, Aubrey Dickinson, Aubrey Fox, Braden Woodcock, Ramsey Andrews, and Robbie Collins.
Most Improved Awards honored students who showed exceptional growth in academics or personal development. This year’s recipients included A. J. Rugg, Aaric Jackson, Adilynn Trimble, Alexander Rodriguez, Angel Chitay Culajay, Annysi Lee, Bailee Sawyers, Ben Valdepena, Bianca Nepamuceno, Braye Hensen, Cabry Thomas, Daniel Davidson, Gabby Jennings, Greg Jones, Hazel Cruz, Ingrid Perez, Isabella Dirks, Ivan Chupp, Jake Harris, Jasmine Shepard, Jason Tate, Jax Guinn, Jordan Trammell, Kade Willis, Layla Crosby, Macie Holzkamper, Madison Upton, Mayes Balutis, Mia Baker, Morgan Martin, Seth Ladd, Tabitha Simmons, Teresa Khue, Trinity Jacks, and Zachary Hill.
Career Center Recognition went to Destiny Burks and Jeferson Vasquez for their commitment to vocational excellence and hands-on learning in career-focused education.

Gentry High School serves students in grades nine through 12, providing a critical foundation for academic and personal growth during the high school years. A high school education is essential for preparing students for future opportunities, whether they pursue higher education, vocational training, or enter the workforce.
