Its Time For Some Senior Spolights
Every year around the end of the school year Mrs. Blanchard will post the seniors and their future plans on the Gentry High School Facebook page. She will post their plans outside of school and/or the scholarships they have received.
Mrs. Blanchard has sent out a Google form to the whole senior class. On this Google form, seniors must put their first and last names. They will also be asked to include their plans for after graduation like what college they are going to, their workforce plans, military branch, or the trade school they will be attending. They will also be able to upload a picture of themselves; however, it can not be a selfie or a picture with any social media filters.
Senior Riggs Harper said, “I am going to fill out the form so my community can see that I am going to college. I also think it’s cool that people will be able to see that I was able to commit to MNU to play baseball at the next level.”
Senior Isaac Stell said, “I filled out the form so that it would get posted on the Facebook page. I want people to be able to see that I am going to continue to learn and have a good future ahead of me.”
Seniors must fill out the Google form as soon as possible to be featured on the Facebook page. This is a cool opportunity for the community to see each of the senior’s accomplishments and their future plans. Students will only be posted if they fill out the form and do it correctly. If there are any questions or concerns, reach out to Mrs. Blanchard.
