The Pioneer defense was getting beat from every counter attack from the Tigers. There was also bad communication on the field from the Pioneers.
The Tigers were able to score another one before the half ended. The Tigers were up 3-0 on the Pioneers. Heading into halftime, Coach Parton was not happy with the Pioneer’s performance on the field. The Pioneers seemed like they were not having fun on the field. The Pioneer’s passes were random and the Pioneer’s defense was getting outrun by the Tigers.
The Pioneers came out in the second half with more confidence and were able to get some shots off but were just off target. The Tigers were able to score one more goal in the second half. The Pioneers were able to hold them off throughout the game. They finished the game with heart and had a lot of fun doing it.

Fowler had some wise words for the team after he left, “You go Glen Coco,” said Fowler after the game.
Rabb also had some words for the team, “Sometimes by losing the battle, you find a way to win the war.”
Serna added, “To the friends we loved and to the friends we lost, senior year couldn’t have been any better without you guys.”
