| We took a field trip to
visit Wal-Mart Home Offices in Bentonville, Arkansas and visited The

Bowl-A-Thon |
| Just to prove that you can
still have fun while helping people in need, we went bowling. A
local bowling
alley hosted a Bowl-A-Thon and the entry fees, $100 per team, went to
help the victims of the Sept. 11th attack. FBLA entered two teams
and created our own t-shirts, as seen below. |

2nd Annual
GHS Chili Cook-Off |
| FBLA, in cooperation with
the other Vocational Student Organizations at GHS, hosts
the Annual GHS Chili Cook-Off. This competition is the
highlight of Vocational Student Organization Week. The entry fees and donations
were given to the
Gentry Public Library to promote literacy. The Gentry community is
in the process of raising the necessary funds for a new facility. FBLA
participated by entering a team of their own. For more information on the chili cook-off
