Solution:
Click on Start.
Click on Run.
In the run dialog box type:
f:\apps\ie55sp2\ie5setup.exe
example:

Click on OK.
This process will install a later version of Internet Explorer. It is a
fully automated install and will restart your computer automatically when
finished. This newer version has many bug fixes and well as new features.
This will fix a majority of our debug errors.
Disabling
Script Debugging
After the
computer has restarted and your have logged into your computer. You will
want to open Internet Explorer.

At the top go to Tools > Internet Options.
Click on Advanced at the top.

You will be looking for "Disable Script Debugging" and we
will want to put a check next to it. You may have to scroll down to
find this.
After putting a check next to "Disable Script Debugging" click
on OK.
Close Internet Explorer.
You can now try to use TechPath by visiting http://gentry.ar.techpaths.com
