| Common reason for network failure:
In the above Novell Login example you'll notice the "Workstation
Only" checkbox is UNCHECKED. You must have this box
UNCHECKED or it does not authenticate you with our network. Please,
in case you are having network difficulties be sure to logout, make
sure this box is UNCHECKED and log back in to see if this resolves
the issue.
Common problems:
You cannot access your GradeBooks via GradeQuick. GradeQuick will
open but will not let you open your classes. In order to be
authenticated with our network you MUST properly login to the Novell
Network to have access to your files. See "Workstation
Only" checkbox is UNCHECKED.
Pegasus Mail not working or missing shortcut. If at anytime you
recieve an error message that the shortcut is invalid or has moved.
You need to immediately logout and log back in. This should
reconnect all your network drives and restore your connection. |
