So you want to more about me. I
have been living in Gentry since 1972. I
graduated from Gentry in 1982, and then attended
John
Brown
University
and graduated with a BSE in biology in 1986.
In the fall of 1986 I began my teaching career at
Decatur
and in 1991 I started teaching science at
Gentry
High School
. I completed my Masters degree in
2002. I have a husband and two sons;
Bryan, Bo and Ben. My most favorite
pastime is making quilts and watching my boys compete in athletic events, golf
and basketball. The rest of my
family consists of a chocolate lab, Hoyt, and a gray cat, Honda.
I enjoy teaching very much and will treat your child as mine while they
are in my classroom. I have high
expectations of my students, and believe that everyone can succeed.
