Karen Nuttle graduated from

with a B.S. in Elementary Education and from
Eastern
Michigan

with M.A. in Special Education.
She has taught for 31 years in
Ohio

Michigan
,
Virginia
,
North Carolina
,
New Mexico
, and
Oklahoma
in addition to
Arkansas
. She completed a
three year program with Los Alamos National Laboratories for Teacher
Opportunities to Promote Science. She
has written three grants which have been funded.
She is currently enrolled the Literacy Laboratory program at
Harding
University
. She was the 2005-6 Gentry High
School Teacher of the Year and the Gentry
2005-06 District Teacher of the
Year.
