Marian Killgore

 

Language Arts

 

 

Marian Killgore  teaches English II, Pre-AP English II, and Advanced Placement Language & Composition course and she coaches softball for the Lady Pioneers.  She arrived at Gentry High School in 2000.

 

       Coach Killgore graduated from high school in Fort Worth, Texas in 1981 then went on to Ouachita Baptist University in central Arkansas where she played basketball and majored in English and Physical Education. She obtained her B.S.E. in 1985 and her Masters in Educational Administration in 1995. She coached and taught at both Gravette and Siloam Springs until her move to Gentry.

 

        She and her husband Hank (a farrier) have two sons Nick and Seth and raise bucking bulls on their ranch in Northeast Oklahoma. Coach Killgore enjoys church activities, spending time with family and friends, working on their place, cycling (bicycle), and teaching.
